Just weeks after going viral across social media, HOUSE+ BUBBLE — Singapore’s headline-making S$45 million 24-hour spa — has announced a temporary adjustment to its facilities.

The luxury wellness destination captured widespread attention during its soft launch, with many drawn to its massive scale, premium amenities and round-the-clock concept — something rarely seen in Singapore’s spa scene.
The buzz was undeniable.
When we visited, our review on Shout.sg took audiences behind the scenes of the highly anticipated opening. Our video alone went on to garner close to 1 million views, with over 11,000 likes and more than 40,000 interactions — a clear indication of the public’s curiosity and excitement surrounding the concept.

Part of what fuelled the virality was the ambition of the project itself: a S$45 million wellness space operating 24 hours a day, designed as an all-in-one lifestyle retreat. During its soft launch, a promotional entry price of $49 for three hours further lowered the barrier to entry, attracting large crowds eager to experience what many had dubbed “Singapore’s most talked-about spa.”
However, with visibility came scrutiny.
In recent days, guest reviews have been mixed, with a growing number of critical sentiments surfacing online. As of 2 March 2026, HOUSE+ BUBBLE holds a 3.6-star rating on Google Reviews — reflecting a spectrum of experiences following the surge in visitor traffic.

Earlier today, the spa released a statement sharing that it has conducted a comprehensive review of its facilities and overall guest experience.
As part of ongoing refinements, the brand announced that starting from 3 March 2026, the bathing pools in both male and female areas will be temporarily closed while internal facility adjustments are carried out.
Spa services, massages (available until 10:30PM) and dining areas will continue to operate during this period. In light of the temporary changes, trial pricing has been revised to $39 for three hours, covering access to public areas excluding the bathing pools. Guests will still enjoy unlimited fruits, drinks and ice cream, while the self-service cold dish buffet remains a separate charge.
The move appears to come in response to the intense attention and footfall generated during its soft launch — a level of demand that few new openings can fully anticipate.
As adjustments are carried out, the spa continues operating select services while reviewing its facilities and overall guest experience.
