Students at Spirit Stretch can practice yoga in gorgeous environments, with backdrops of serene naturescapes, twinkling city skylines, star-studded galaxies and more. Some projections you’ll see include Van Gogh’s sunflower fields, the Aurora Borealis, lush tropical rainforests, snowy mountain caps, crashing ocean waves, starry night skies, metropolitan cityscapes and more.
The projections are customised based on the kind of yoga class conducted, along with custom aromatherapy scents and curated music playlists for a unique multi-sensory experience. We imagine a yoga session at Spirit Stretch will probably be one of the most relaxing and zen experiences you’ll have, and it’ll almost feel like you’re in another world altogether thanks to the immersive digital landscapes that surround.
Spirit Stretch is also the first studio to debut Yoga Sculpt and Gyroflow classes in Singapore. Yoga Sculpt blends traditional yoga techniques with strength training while Gyroflow is a full-body workout that utilises both body weight and gyration.
Spirit Stretch offers a variety of different yoga classes for every fitness level, with beginner-friendly classes as well. If it’s your first-time at Spirit Stretch, you can enjoy a special 1-for-1 price of $55 for 2 classes (ie. $27.50 per class).
