1. Christmas in Bloom

This is one annual event you won’t want to miss—the Christmas lights at Orchard Road are back in its full glory, here to instil some good ol’ Christmas cheer. This year’s theme: Christmas in Bloom, holds a message for all the businesses in Singapore who have managed to pull through a tough year, with the hope for better days to come. 

Look forward to 3.1 kilometers of dazzling Christmas lights, blooms and arches stretching from Tanglin Mall to Plaza Singapura, with jolly Christmas tunes playing for the first time in a long while.

 

2. This is Live! Concert Series

Quell those live music withdrawals with the This Is Live! Concert Series, happening in December! Brought to you by CK Star Entertainment, this concert series will feature western pop favourites, Christmas songs, rock songs and more!

3. Boom Boom Room LIVE!

You’ll be in for a booming night of drag cabaret with Boom Boom Room LIVE! featuring the comedic genius Kumar, the queens of Boom Boom Room, Helda and Liz as well as drag queen Vanda Miss Joaquim! Other bold acts to be expected include Volta Wheel, magic and mentalist acts by Mark Wong, dances by BomBoxx Dancers and tunes by Singaporean singer Nat Ho!

4. Singapore International Film Festival

This is one for the film junkies—the annual Singapore International Film Festival returns this year, featuring emerging local and regional films. This time, the festival returns to its original in-cinema format, so cinephiles can enjoy screenings the way they were meant to be seen.

Look forward to watching over 100 films from over 40 countries, all with the theme of gathering, community and the uniting of different identities and expressions. 7. Pop-up! Disney: A Mickey Celebration 

The wait is finally over! Asia’s first ever Mickey Mouse pop-up has landed in Singapore! The immersive pop-up will feature 7 distinct concepts, including a special Singapore-inspired room that celebrates all things Singapore! The pop-up will also feature exclusive Singapore-only Mickey memorabilia and merchandise highlighting some of Singapore’s beloved historical, cultural and architectural gems.

8. Giant Christmas Be@rbrick at Raffles City Singapore

The product of a collaborative effort between Raffles City Singapore and ActionCity is a bright red Christmas edition of the iconic Be@rbrick, standing at a towering 5.6 metres! The giant red Be@rbrick is the tallest one in the world, and it is surrounded by smaller, vibrantly coloured Be@rbricks to complete the entire Christmas installation.

The installation is located outside Raffles City Singapore mall, with a smaller installation inside the mall as well. Come visit the Be@rbricks to get into the Christmas spirit!

9. Kingfisher Wetlands at Gardens by the Bay

Be wowed by the newest addition to Gardens by the Bay called the Kingfisher Wetlands, a freshwater sanctuary that showcases the beautiful flora and fauna of the Gardens with its mangrove trees and mini waterfalls.

10. Pokémon-themed Staycation
