You’ve probably seen the viral giant croissant all over social media: the colossal croissant bigger than your face was seen in cafés across France, and even in Malaysia; and now it’s finally made its way to Singapore!
This humongous croissant is created by Alice Boulangerie, and measures a massive 50cm x 20cm x 11cm—that’s equal to 20 regular-sized croissants! You’ll definitely want to gather all your croissant-loving friends to tackle this hefty baby; or challenge yourself to finish the whole thing if you’re a true croissant lover!
The chonky Giant XXXL Croissant will set you back $80++, and requires at least a 3-day advance pre order. The giant croissant is laminated and made over 3 days using French AOP butter for that amazing butter flavour, chewiness and perfectly crunchy exterior. It also takes a whopping 1.5 hours to bake!
You know what this is? Yeah yeah ok it LOOKS like a croissant, but this isn’t any croissant. It’s an @aliceboulangeriesg XXXL Croissant. And it’s a pretty special one. Catch a glimpse of it over this weekend 🥐😉 #aliceboulangeriesg #croissant #sgtiktok #sgfoodie #sgcafe
The croissant can be eaten as is to savour its original flavour, or eat it as the French do—dipping it in coffee or hot chocolate, it’s your call. So, what do we think about the Giant XXXL Croissant? Slay or nay?
