The floral-inspired Botanical Afternoon Tea at Sheraton Tower’s Lobby Bar consists of a glass of welcome bubbly each, a range of sweets and savouries, pralines, chef’s special item, and your choice of coffee or tea. Highlights from the menu include Thai Basil Infused Lobster Meat with Choux Puff, Crab Meat with Curry Leaf Garlic Aioli, Smoked Salmon and Cucumber with Mint Cream Cheese, Butterfly Pea Taro Roll, Strawberry Mint Namelaka and more.
In order to enjoy this high tea set at the promotional 1-for-1 price of $29++ per person (UP. $58++ per person), you’ll need to make payment with your HSBC card.
