Dessert lovers will want to check out Good Husband Patisserie, Korean-style dessert café with some of the prettiest little cakes and entremets. Good Husband has a couple of outlets around Malaysia, but their newest branch is located in Mount Austin, about 30 minutes away from the checkpoint.

The popular bagel café in JB, Palates & Bagels has opened a brand new second outlet just 10 minutes away from the checkpoint with a charming 2-storey rustic bungalow vibe! The massive standalone bungalow-esque space has rustic Bali-inspired vibes with raw textured walls and countertops.

Xuan Café looks like something out of a Chinese period drama or movie set: with serene bamboo-lined walkways, stone statues, heavy wooden gates, traditional oriental furnishings and more.
