This new concept serves up small-batch and handmade rösti, and is probably one of the very few places you’ll find such rosti in Singapore. Pöonsti was created by the folks at Old Hen Kitchen and currently doesn’t have its own space yet, residing within Old Hen’s café space at Owen Road. The rösti will be available while stocks last, so make sure to come early if you want to try them.

The potato used for their rösti is also shredded fresh daily, and topped with housemade ingredients like cured salmon and bacon. The current menu is still pretty lean, with only 5 rösti variations including a Plain ($12) one simply served with sour cream and chives. Other options include House Cured Salmon ($19), Country Style Beef Sausage ($16) and Smashed Avo ($17), among others.
