2. School of Tomorrow

Ready to go back to school? Don’t worry, this is a very different kind of “school” that’s not a school at all; rather an interactive exhibition with “classrooms” where you’ll be learning about sustainability and environmental issues in fun and unconventional ways.

Highlights from the exhibition include “experiments” on creating bioplastic, a hands-on “art class” using ink made from flowers, calculating your carbon footprint and more. If you’re feeling adventurous, you’ll even get the chance to try some sustainable food—bugs! The exhibition is part of Singapore Design Week 2023, and entrance is free.

3. Sunda Festival

The highly-raved Sunda Festival is happening this weekend: a sprawling music and arts festival with a unique camping theme! There will be 3 different stages at the festival: The Pavilion, Nomad Stage and Jurong Stage, and festival goers can look forward to some of the best DJ and live music acts from around the region.

Highlights from the line-up include acts like Kuniyuki, Bottlesmoker, Di Linh, Batavia Collective, Merve and more. There will also be immersive workshops, activities, liquid light shows and food vendors available too! 2-day passes for the festival are priced at $128 for a limited time only, after which only door tickets will be available at a higher price. 4. Yeo’s Drinkable Garden

The iconic heritage drink from Yeo’s gets a facelift with a special edition packaging featuring Mr Lee Kuan Yew, and you get to rediscover their signature drinks through the interactive floral-inspired pop-up at Gardens by the Bay! Located at the Flower Dome, the pop-up features gorgeous chrysanthemum flower installations of yellow, pink and white.

Visitors will get to learn about the health benefits of the flower and get a glimpse into how your favourite chrysanthemum drinks are created, from harvesting the flowers to brewing and packaging. At the end of your journey, you’ll also be able to enjoy a free Yeo’s LKY100 Limited Edition Heritage Chrysanthemum Brew! Entrance to the exhibition is free, but admission fees to the Flower Dome apply.

5. Halloween Horror Nights 11

The biggest horror event of the year is finally here once more, and you can expect thrills and scares aplenty. There will be 5 immersive haunted houses, 3 scare zones and 2 live shows, with highlights being a nightclub themed haunted house inspired by The Weeknd himself, as well as a school-themed house inspired by the hit Korean Netflix series, All of Us Are Dead.

Scare-goers can look forward to elaborate set-ups and plenty of photo-ops with scare actors (if you’re brave enough to get close, that is). Hungry after all that screaming? Chow down on some horror-inspired food, drinks and sweet treats to fuel you up for a full night of scares! Tickets start from $79 and include food and retail vouchers as well; you can get them here.

8. Tipsy Unicorn

The highly anticipated Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club is finally open in Sentosa, and is set to be the hottest beach club in Singapore, with dreamy and tropical vibes, renowned international DJs, fitness classes, shopping and more! The space is decked in whimsical purple hues to match the unicorn theme, with plenty of indoor and outdoor daybeds, lounge cabanas and even private suites with jacuzzis.
