We squeal and get excited over the thought of blasting neon bright sparkles to end off yet another amazing year – however, the crowd always seem to get in our way of catching our much-anticipated fireworks array. Thus, as though we have read your minds – the Shout Team have came equipped with alternative options that will score you a place to get an unobstructed display of those va va voom – our way of giving Thanks to the endless support we’ve received this past year.

4. Bay East Garden @ Gardens by the Bay
Situated quite some distance away from all the main action in Gardens by the Bay, this much quieter (in comparison to the populated Bay South Gardens), 2 kilometres stretch of promenade that borders around the Marina Reservoir offers an unobstructed view of the glistering crackles with a bonus of the picturesque waterfront.
Entry to Bay East is via Tanjong Rhu Road.
The entrance into the car park is on the right of Marina Bay Golf Course.
Take SBS bus no. 158 to Bay East and alight at a bus stop nearby, along Rhu Cross.
From Bay South Garden, take a leisurely 5-minute walk across Marina Barrage.
5. Marina Barrage
Gather your friends, prepare some potluck and do your usual thing at Marina Barrage – now with spectacular fireworks to boot at the tick of midnight. With a backdrop that unveils the magnificent Marina Bay skyline, you will be glad you are home to view this annual fireworks display with your loved ones.

6. The Lawn @ Marina Bay
An alternative to huddling with the crowd at The Promontory @ Marina Bay, this vast patch of grass field on top of Marina Bay Link Mall offers an equally decent view of the fireworks – although it is recommended to go early to get a favourable spot with a better positioning of the night sky above the Marina Bay waterfront where the fireworks will go off.
