Though dubbed as an “omakase”, the new menu is really more of a set, as the items served in the course are fixed (except in case of dietary restrictions). You’ll be treated to plenty of uni, sashimi and seafood items, along with wagyu, noodle and rice dishes too. Items included in the set are as follows:
- Hyogo Oyster Shot
- Sashimi Platter (4 types)
- Grilled Scallop in Shell Binchotan
- Foie Gras with Asparagus
- Uni Ice Somen
- Grilled Tiger with Miso Sauce Binchotan
- A5 Wagyu with Uni Cream Donburi
