Heritage-inspired F&B concepts are definitely having a moment in Singapore, and here’s a new one you can hit up. National Museum Singapore is one of Singapore’s most iconic and grand heritage buildings, and they’ve just opened a brand new glasshouse café located right in the museum itself!

Enter Dame Museum Café: stunning sunlit and glasshouse-esque space, with rustic and neutral wood-themed elements as well. In the daytime, guests can enjoy dining under the museum’s skylights where the natural sunlight shines through, or choose to dine at the dining room featuring botanical rice stalk installations and cosy handwoven rattan lamps hanging above.

The menu features local-inspired items with a modern twist, as well as brunch mains and pastas starting from $13. Highlights from the menu include Coconut French Toast ($18), Black Pepper Crab Linguine ($25), Kerabu Bee Hoon ($22), Teochew Porridge Platter ($18), Chilli Crab Bao ($12), Ondeh Ondeh Cake ($9) and more.
