The highly-anticipated Coach Coffee Shop is finally open, and it’s the first one in Singapore, with brand new location-exclusive menu items and a merchandise store too. The Coach Coffee Shop is located at the buzzy new WEAVE mall in Resorts World Sentosa, and it’s got both indoor and outdoor dine-in space available.

The coffee shop concept is a much more casual dining experience as compared to The Coach Bar, offering classic American brunch fare, Coach-branded drinks, desserts, bakes and for the first time in Singapore, signature soft serves. Prices for food items start from $5, while mains start from $13. For food, we recommend their classic Wagyu Beef Hotdog ($15), a hearty hotdog that’s topped with all the works and served with a side of chips. The Grilled Cheese ($13) is also a popular favourite, served with a side of tangy tomato soup.

Their drinks are all made with branded C-shaped ice cubes, and you can even DIY your own Iced or Hot Chocolate drinks ($8.50) that come served with chocolate “C” cubes and chocolate syrup on the side, which you can add to your liking. Their Orange Cream ($9) also comes with a refreshing orange Coach popsicle, which you can eat on its own or melt into the drink. We also enjoyed their crunchy and sticky Crullers ($5.50) which come in flavours like Raspberry and Salted Caramel.

Their soft serves are definitely a must-try; and if you’re game enough, you can go for their controversial Chilli Crab ($9) flavour, that tastes just like the real chilli crab sauce—even down to the subtle spiciness—and is topped with a mini Coach-stamped mantou. While it’s an interesting flavour that’s worth a try if you’re a huge chilli crab fan, we can’t say we’ll be ordering it again. We’d rather go for their more familiar flavours like Lemon Meringue Pie ($9), which comes enveloped in a torched meringue layer, or their best-selling Peanut Butter & Jelly ($8). If you can’t decide on a single flavour, go for The Flight ($19) which lets you try all 4 flavours. Overall, the soft serve flavours are pretty spot-on, and each one tastes just like what it says on the menu.
