LONGJING’s restaurants are known for their stunning aesthetics and themed decor, and the Singapore opening is no exception. The restaurant’s interior is inspired by the West Lake: with beautiful palace-esque architecture, traditional furniture, ancient trees and even mist wafting over the “lake”. The space makes you feel like you’re dining in the middle of a tranquil lake destination in China. Other oriental touches also include boat-shaped seats, vintage oil-paper umbrellas and hand-painted murals.
