Your JB trip is about to get more convenient: the highly-awaited re-opening of the R&F Bridge to CIQ is finally here, with direct and easy access from R&F Mall straight to Johor Bahru Customs!

ICYMI, the R&F Link Bridge that connects the R&F Mall and JB CIQ has been closed since early 2025 due to constructions for the RTS Link. But now, the pedestrian link bridge is finally open to the public, making it much more convenient to get from the R&F Mall to CIQ, with direct access to JB Sentral and the upcoming RTS Link. The newly-revamped R&F Link Bridge is a fully sheltered walkway, and you can walk to CIQ from the R&F Mall in just 10 minutes.

The entirety of the 650-metre long bridge has been fully constructed as of the time of writing. So, if you’re looking for an alternative route that’s less crowded, or if you don’t want to wait for a Grab, you can consider making your way to CIQ via this new R&F Link Bridge instead.
