Kaarla focuses on showcasing seasonal produce sourced directly from Australia as well as Singapore’s local farms. Central to Kaarla’s cooking is the use of fire, and the restaurant uses a custom-built wood grill and oven in order to achieve a more precise flavour profile in their dishes.
