Internationally acclaimed Indian chef Gaggan Anand is known for his famous Gaggan restaurant in Bangkok with a 5-month long waitlist and that has scored one of the top spots on the coveted list of Asia’s Best Restaurants for 4 consecutive years.
This November 2021, Gaggan Anand himself will be bringing his trusty team of 19 kitchen crew and front of house staff to helm the highly anticipated Gaggan Anand pop-up at Mandala Club in Singapore!
Patrons and fans of Gaggan Anand’s masterful cooking can expect meticulously curated degustation menus featuring the best seasonal ingredients and locally-sourced produce, all imbued with Gaggan’s unapologetic innovation and creativity.
While the exact menu for the pop-up is yet to be revealed, you best believe Gaggan Amand and his ingenious team will be serving up more inventive and interactive dishes much like the ‘lick it up’ series or the ‘dancing shrimps’ dish previously served at Gaggan Anand’s restaurants.
The Gaggan Anand pop-up will be serving guests from 3rd November 2021 to 6th January 2022 at the following times:
