Another famous restaurant will be making its debut in Singapore this June 2025, and this time it’s Lee Place from Bangkok! Lee Place is one of Bangkok’s most popular wanton mee brands, and they’ve been awarded the Green Bowl Award—a prestigious label that’s Bangkok’s equivalent of a Michelin star.

Lee Place is opening its first Singapore outlet in Chinatown on 8th June 2025, offering their famous Thai-style Hong Kong wanton noodles. They’re known for their handmade pork dumplings that’s made with fresh (not frozen) pork, springy noodles, crispy pork and housemade chilli oil. Their Bangkok outlet has been patronised by Thai celebrities like Patchai Pakdeesusuk from the 2024 Netflix show, “The Believers”.

The Singapore menu will be similar to Bangkok’s: wanton mee, dumpling noodles, roast pork rice and more. Their Signature Wanton Noodles are said to be priced at $6.90 per bowl. We’ve yet to try these noodles for ourselves, but their Bangkok restaurant boasts a solid 4.2 Google rating.
