If you’ve been to Hong Kong’s many cha chaan tengs, you might have come across one Mon Kee Café, known by their iconic monkey logo and famous scrambled egg dishes. This July 2025, the popular Mon Kee Café chain from Hong Kong will be opening its first-ever outlet in Singapore at Raffles City—so you won’t have to fly all the way to Hong Kong for a taste of their classic HK fare.

Mon Kee Café is a fan-favourite spot in Hong Kong, known for their nostalgic Hong Hong-style fare; especially their creamy scrambled egg dishes, homemade char siew, loaded savoury bolo buns and milk tea. The Mon Kee Café opening in Singapore won’t be a fully-fledged restaurant (for now), but it’ll be a stall located within the new soon-to-be-revamped food court in Raffles City, The Food Place.

Even though the Singapore opening is only a stall, you’ll still be able to enjoy most of their popular and signature menu items. Some highlights to expect from the menu include Char Siew Scrambled Egg Rice ($8.50), Bolo Bun Quartet ($8.50), Luncheon Meat Macaroni in Creamy Tomato Soup ($6) and more. Note that menu items and prices listed are subject to change. Mon Kee Café Singapore is set to soft-launch on 4th July 2025.
