Pizza lovers, get ready for a new award-winning and Michelin-recognised pizza chain coming soon to Singapore, straight from Tokyo! The famed Tokyo pizzeria, Pizza Studio Tamaki (PST), is opening its first-ever outlet here in Singapore this June 2025!

PST is the brainchild of chef-owner Tsubasa Tamaki, who trained in the renowned SAVOY, and specialises in Neapolitan-style pizzas, with his own personal twist. PST’s pizzas are known to be ultra light and chewy in texture, with a puffy and airy thin crust. The 30-hour aged pizza dough is made with a unique blend of Japanese and American flour, lending it a better mouthfeel that’s much chewier on the inside, while maintaining a crispy exterior.

Aside from sweeping food awards like being the winner of 50 Top Pizza World in consecutive years, PST also boasts a star-studded clientele. Some famous celebrity names spotted dining at PST include the likes of Justin Bieber, Jeff Bezos, Naomi Osaka and more.

PST Singapore will be opening on 10th June 2025 along Tanjong Pagar Road. While the official menu has yet to be released, you can expect the Singapore outpost to serve 12-inch pizzas starting from $22.
