Taking cues from real life, from Bombay to Rajasthan, Chennai and Kashmir, the venue pieces together textures, materials, décor, and furnishings to create an experience similar to a film set. Divided into four themed spaces, the restaurant showcases the Officer’s Club in all its proper pish and posh, the Old Railway Room, where countless tales are waiting to be told, the opulent Elephant Palace and wilderness-inspired Jungle Lodge.
Featuring Indian cuisine viewed through the lens of Head Chef Thiru Gunasakaran, Firangi Superstar presents a variety of innovative dishes such as the Coconut Podi Idli, Firangi Naan Basket, Malabar Coast, Prata Waffle???, and Beirut Bhatura, amongst a multitude of other reworked classics.
This specially curated menu which promises authentically fresh and playful offerings, is complete with an array of beverages which include the restaurant’s signature Cocktail No.3.
