The new Steamy Delicacies menu is available at no additional charge: simply request for the steamer basket attachment and order your favourite hotpot dishes as usual! Simply add your meats, seafood and dim sum items directly into the steamer, cover the lid and wait a couple minutes for it to be ready.

You can also add their housemade sauce to your steamed dishes and customise them to your liking. Nearly all the usual hotpot items can be steamed like meats and seafood: there’s the classic beef, pork, sliced fish, prawns, scallops, dumplings, handmade fish balls and much more. The Steaming Delicacies “dim sum experience” is exclusively available at HDL’s Plaza Singapura outlet.
