The second addition to Threepointtwo Gelato & Coffee’s Twelve Surprises 2022 campaign, this Sushi Gelato combines the best of both Japan and Italy to bring you a unique visual and gastronomical experience!

The Twelve Surprises 2022 campaign will span across the 12 months of 2022, and showcases 12 different ways to eat gelato. In January, Threepointtwo did their Niangao Gelato Bun for Chinese New Year, and February’s edition features the unique Sushi Gelato!

The Sushi Gelato ($11.90) features four flavours in familiar looks:
- “Tamago” (Mango and Coconut Sorbet)
- “Salmon” (Watermelon and Yuzu Sorbet)
- “Tuna Inari” (Pistachio and Vanilla Gelato)
- “Lobster Salad” (Rose Lychee and Vanilla Gelato)
All 4 pseudo sushi are made entirely from gelato, and even the “soy sauce” and “wasabi” are made from chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
