This Christmas, District 10 Bar & Grill at Suntec City will be turning up the heat with a new festive menu that will have you all fired up. Not literally of course! If you have a thing for visually appealing and attention grabbing dishes, then you are definitely in for a tasty treat.

First up, the steakhouse will be serving up an all new steak meat-lovers would go wild for. Introducing the Black Angus Tomahawk ($180++), all flamed up. The Australian grain-fed Tomahawk is first grilled to perfection, then placed on a skewer and flamed on the table to create a visual feast for the eyes fit for the festive season. Perfect for a group of 4 (or a very hungry trio), the generous 1.7kg steak is served with a sprinkling of herb infused sea salt, delicious Italian cherry tomatoes and arugula salad.

For the cheese lovers, this next fiery dish is for you. Inspired by the Greek dish Saganaki, the District 10 Bourbon Flamed Brie ($24++) features a sizeable hunk of the soft French cheese, first fried in a skillet, then doused in Bourbon before being fired up on the table. Served with crostini and crackers, the result is an indulgent cheese that is slightly charred on the outside and bursting with cheesy goodness on the inside. The subtle sweetness from the bourbon beautifully complements the mildness of the brie, bringing it all together in a very delicious Christmas treat.

Other new items to look out on District 10 Bar & Grill’s menu include bar bites like Smoked Duck Sliders with Tomato in French dressing ($18++), Fried Soft Shell Crab with Chili Crab Sauce ($20++) and Papadum with Foie Gras and Mango Chutney ($26++), and mains such as Bucatini Amatriciana served with Bacon, Onion, Chili and Basil in Tomato Sauce ($26++) and  Homemade Lobster Ravioli cooked in a fragrant butter sage sauce with black puree ($29++). You can also whet your appetite with their new appetiser – Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat and prawns, topped on gorgonzola sauce and salmon roe ($28++).
