INDUSTRIAL-INSPIRED KOREAN BBQ JOINT & BAR IN TANJONG PAGAR WITH FLAVOURED BOOZE & WET-AGED MEATS

There’s a new addition to the Korean food scene in Tanjong Pagar, this time in the form of a grill slash bar where you can enjoy various BBQ-ed meats, sides and alcohol.

Fav has a no-frills, industrial-inspired interior, decked in grey concrete tones, silver, black marble and a touch of nature. All the meats served on the menu are wet-aged for a week to lend them extra tenderness and juiciness.

Choose from meats like Duroc Pork Belly ($22), Duroc Pork Collar ($24), Beef Short Rib Set ($98) with side dish and steamed egg and more. If you’re not great at cooking, not to worry—you can request for the meat to be pre-grilled in the kitchen over charcoal before being served at the table, so all you have to do is just enjoy it.

Fav also offers cooked food items like Mak Guksu ($18), Army Stew ($25), Charcoal Spicy Chicken BBQ ($35), Seafood Pancake ($32) and more! Don’t forget to round off your KBBQ feast with some booze: try some of Fav’s unique alcohol offerings like Earl Grey Highball ($15), Honey Makgulli ($38) and more!

Address: 63 Neil Road, Singapore 088896
