Transforming the outlet into an picturesque, mini Japan, the IPPUDO Sakura experience goes above and beyond a mere change in décor, and instead showcases two limited edition cherry blossom-inspired menu additions, in the form of the Ohanami Sakura Cocktail, and Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi.
Worth an estimated $7 per glass, the Ohanami Sakura Cocktail features a delicate pink sweet plum wine, with a cherry blossom aroma, topped by a floating Sakura blossom and festive pink sprinkles. Prepared with premium Kyoho Umeshu from a dedicated Fukuoka Prefecture, the Ohanami Sakura Cocktail was conceptualized to pair perfectly with the restaurant’s all-new specialty rice cake. Dubbed the Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi, these rice cakes showcase sweet Azuki bean filling, and are worth a total of $6 per set.
