Established by Ashley Cho, a medical student who didn’t want to be a doctor, and Nicholas Wong, an aspiring vet who became a banker, C café was born out of the duo’s intrinsic love for coffee and good food.
Governed by passion and the highest standards of quality, C café serves delicious meals made from meticulously sourced ingredients, in the form of nutritious Superfoods, savory treats, and undeniably scrumptious mains.
Characterized by a uniform ‘deck of cards’ theme, the C café stands for “Cards, Choices & Connections”, which heavily alludes to the age old metaphor, “life is a deck of cards”. With a strong belief that one can only accept the cards life has dealt them, human beings are blessed with the luxury of choice, which eventually result in their ability to create lasting connections throughout their journey of raison d’etre.
Fit with modular cafe tables, a high communal table and counter seats, C café is fully equipped with dedicated charging points, and self-service water points, for guests seeking to take an extended rest-stop.
Complete with card designed menus, C café offers simplified dishes made majestic. Of their innumerable offerings, discerning guests are invited to try the café’s Breakfast of Champions from the daily Day Menu. Worth an estimated $24, the Breakfast of Champions features a combination of juicy pork sausages, crispy pork bacon, 2 poached eggs, extra-crispy hash browns, sauteed mushrooms, grilled cherry tomatoes, and a slice of artisanal sourdough toast.
For those seeking a special treat on the weekends, C café provides a dinner menu too! Available on Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm only, the menu features a variety of Italian and other Western cuisine, such as, the $26 Truffle Mushroom pasta, $28 Parma Ham pizza, $29.50 Lobster Roll with Fries, and a $26 Wagyu Beef burger, amongst many others.
