Korean eateries and BBQ joints are a dime a dozen in Singapore, but we’ve yet to see one that specialises in bibimbap in particular! The new 2-storey MUGUNG is located in the CBD area, along Telok Ayer, making it the perfect place for a healthy and hearty lunch for office workers in the area. All dine-in customers also get to enjoy free flow meat-free homemade soup (self-service)!

As it’s mainly a bibimbap specialty café, naturally bibimbap is the star of the show, with various vegetarian and meat options to choose from. Prices start from $11.90 for their signature vegetarian Mugung Bibimbap. Other choices include Beef Bibimbap ($14.90), Chicken Bibimbap ($14.40) and Pork Bibimbap ($14.90). You can also choose if you want a spicy gochujang version or a non-spicy soy sauce version; and have your bowl topped with a runny sunny side egg or tofu.
