The dishes are all laid out on display, and all you have to do is grab what you want from the line, “buffet”-style, and make payment for your dishes at the counter. Each individual dish is also covered with a lid for hygiene. We love how the portions for each “mini pot” is small: perfect for if you’re dining alone, or if you want to try out multiple dishes in a larger group.
