Le Vin Levain – French for wine and sourdough, is a new dining concept that will take over Tiong Bahru Bakery’s Eng Hoon outlet after sunset. As their name suggests, you may expect a wide range of sourdough-based dishes that you can pair alongside glasses of natural wine.
