The Liab Duan Danneramit market is the second location for the Liab Duan market, and it’s located at the same space that used to be occupied by the Jodd Fairs Night Market . You don’t just get to feast on authentic Thai street eats here, there’s also a massive Disney-style castle installation as a backdrop, and various carnival rides like a ferris wheel, bumper cars, bouncy castle and more.

Some of the food highlights you can expect here include grilled sausage skewers, assorted fried seafood, pick & mix sushi, grilled jumbo river prawns, traditional Thai mini pancakes, milk donuts, frozen cola slushies, tom yum mama, pad thai and mango salad, just to name a few. There’s also the usual plethora of shopping and retail finds: including vintage items, trendy clothes, crafts, antiques, accessories and footwear.

The Liab Duan Danneramit night market is conveniently located in the Chatuchak district, less than 30 minutes away from the city centre. If you’re coming by train, the nearest station is Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS. We’ve yet to make a trip down to check out this new market for ourselves, but from what we’ve seen on social media, there seems to be a whole lot of variety at the market, both to eat and to shop, so it would probably be a good idea to set aside at least half a day to explore the whole market.
