4. Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant 

Have a grand CNY feast right at home with Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant’s opulent Prosperity Yu Sheng ($268) chock full of premium ingredients like lobster, swordfish, Hokkaido scallop, uni, caviar and more!

5. Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant 

Here’s one exotic yu sheng option for all you adventurous eaters out there: try Si Chuan Dou Hua’s exclusive Tiger-Styled Fugu Yu Sheng ($198). As the only restaurant in Singapore licensed to serve pufferfish, or fugu, this is sure to be a real luxurious treat this CNY!

The yu sheng features beautifully arranged edible greens, Ulam Raja flowers, Szechuan peppercorn leaves, and of course, the star of the show—meticulously prepared fugu sashimi in the shape of a tiger. 6. Yàn

This Shunde-style yu sheng from Yàn is not your average yu sheng: instead of the classic shredded vegetables, this one has a mountain of freshly fried and crispy vermicelli, along with shredded purple and yellow sweet potatoes, salmon, braised abalone and topped with a sprinkling of gold flakes to make it extra luxe. 

This Abalone & Salmon with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style is part of their Prosperity Delights Menu ($268/pax) that requires a minimum of 5 persons to order.
