NEW CAFÉS TO VISIT IN SINGAPORE THIS MAY 2025!

1. Café Gyoen

Fans of the popular Japanese railway-inspired café, Café Gyoen, were saddened by the news of their closure at Serangoon. But fret not, they’ve made a quick comeback at a brand new home along Club Street, with a brand new matcha specialty bar concept too.

@yongweikai

POV: You just found a new Matcha & Coffee Specialty Cafe & Bar in Chinatown. @Cafegyoen 🍙 Serangoon Gardens has relocated to 87 Club Street (just a few mins from Maxwell MRT!) and if you’re even slightly into matcha, run – not walk. I had their Matcha Flight featuring 3 premium blends from different regions in Japan. Smooth, earthy, and packed with umami. And please don’t leave without trying the 2-Layer Matcha Burnt Cheesecake – it’s creamy, luscious, and just the right amount of sweet. Heads up: their Serangoon outlet closes 7 June, so this new spot is where the magic’s at. #FYP #Sgfoodie #Sgcafehopping #Cafehopping #Matcha #MatchaLover
