NEW FORTUNE CAT-INSPIRED JAPANESE IZAKAYA WITH OPEN KITCHEN

JIDAI is a new Japanese Izakaya-inspired restaurant with an open kitchen concept with a moody and sultry ambience. The restaurant is bathed in dim purple and yellow neon lights, with dozens of Maneki-Neko (Fortune Cats) lining the walls for ultimate good luck and fortune.

The restaurant offers bespoke Japanese-French fusion creations like their Green Lip Abalone ($26), Grilled Stingray Fin and Spicy Edamame ($9), Karaage Frog Leg ($28), Uni Jellyfish ($16) and more. Don’t forget to wash down all that grub with some sake (from $48/bottle) or some good ol’ Japanese tea ($16/pot).
