Here’s a new high tea venue and experience in Singapore: The St. Regis Singapore has just unveiled their newly-revamped Tea Room, and along with the opening—a brand new high tea menu as well. Experience their new Summer Garden Afternoon Tea, featuring summer-themed sweets and savouries served in an elegant 3-tier stand and wooden chest.
The seasonal Summer Garden Afternoon Tea (from $65++ per person) comes with a glass of Copenhagen Sparkling Tea and your choice of tea or coffee. To start, you’ll be presented with a tea trolley where you can pick your tea from their selection of Teas by Taylors of Harrogate, which will then be brewed for you on the spot. The high tea items themselves are pretty well executed, and our favourites are the Prawn Mousse Beetroot Cone, Cucumber & Tomato Hummus Sandwich and Tropical Garden Tartlet.
One of the signature offerings for the high tea is their unlimited scone trolley, where you can enjoy as many plain and seasonal-flavoured scones as you desire. This season, they’re offering Lemon Scones paired with lemon-infused “caviar” pearls—the lemon “caviar” even comes in its own metal tin. You’ll also be served with an assortment of various jams and clotted cream, spooned tableside for you. St. Regis’ scones are one of the better scones we’ve tasted in Singapore, and we love how they’re still warm and fluffy inside.

From July 2025 onwards, you’ll also be able to enjoy live harp performances during your high tea session, exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
