Some of you might be familiar with the sister of Ps.Cafe, Jypsy over at Martin Road. Come 4th April 2022, Jypsy is moving to a brand new home over at the iconic One Fullerton with a gorgeous new look and revamped menu!
The new Jypsy is decorated in a bohemian fashion, with a soothing blue-theme and coastal accents—perhaps a nod to Jypsy’s new location by the Singapore bayfront. Jypsy’s concept is a contemporary yet casual Japanese-influenced restaurant, offering modern and experimental menu items in line with the restaurant’s youthful and free-spirited nature.
Though the full menu has yet to be released, expect unique items like Jypsy Sashimi, Prawn Tartare, Beef and Garlic Tsukune, Robata Broccolini, Wagyu Crispy Nigiri and many more! Jypsy officially opens to the public on 4th April 2022, and you can make your reservations now here.
