Set in a beautifully restored pre-war art deco shophouse, the club features programming that spans over four floors and a total of 8,000 square feet.
Featuring an array of services including a cafe, yoga studio, gymnasium, reflexology lounge, outdoor cold plunge and sauna, alongside recreation rooms that will house mental wellbeing and other wellness experts, the Trapeze Recreational Club offers membership programs for as little as $88 a month, or a one-time payment of $48 for a trial period. These memberships guarantee guests anywhere from 5 to 18% off all services, whilst the trial period invites guests to enjoy one yoga and fitness class for free, and gain access to 10% off all purchases in the canteen and Trapeze store.
Through reimagining tranquillity, mindful movement and physical culture, Trapeze Recreational Club hosts best-in-class yoga programming that spans from an indulgent Playful Balance yin-yang practice to a restorative Unwind session that is set to soothe the mind and body. Decked out in sustainable Manduka mats, complete with a stunning light installation, expansive and generous with natural light, the studio makes for the perfect urban escape at the end of every day on any day.
Inspired by innovation, stirred by inspiration and a curious heart, the Canteen by Trapeze Rec. Club features an eclectic coffee menu, which incorporates healthy and organically sourced ingredients. The menu includes an array of sweet and savoury yoghurt bowls alongside Ayurvedic smoothies and fresh bakes from local partners such as Pickle Bakery.
Complete with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements, the Canteen by Trapeze Rec. Club invites guests to indulge in the $12.80 Green Glow Smoothie, Tropico Mango Smoothie, Oat & Nut Smoothie, Triple Berry Smoothie, Acai Bowl, Yoghurt Bowl, $3.80 Coffee beans by Allpress, and $6.80 Kombucha on Tap, amongst a multitude of other offerings.
