Lucent Dining is a new buffet restaurant located within Dorsett Hotel, and they offer an affordable and extensive buffet spread all week long, starting from $32 nett.

The buffet spread features a wide range of cold and hot seafood items, meats, cooked dishes, DIY hotpot station, dessert and more. Some highlights from the buffet include oysters, lobsters, crabs, scallops, crayfish, sushi/sashimi, Creamy Fisherman Stew, Spicy Sambal Squid, White Wine Mussels, Tableside Baked Salmon, Roast Beef, Chilli Crabs, Roasted Gammon Ham and more. The buffet menu items available also change daily, so you’ll probably see different dishes on rotation depending on the day.

The buffet is priced as follows:
Weekday Lunch (Monday to Friday) – $32 nett
Weekday Dinner (Sunday to Thursday) – $48 nett
Weekend Lunch (Saturday to Sunday) – $38 nett
Weekend Dinner (Friday to Saturday) – $55 nett
We’ve yet to try out the buffet for ourselves, but they currently have a 4.3 rating on Google, and diners have praised the restaurant for their wide variety of items, elegant ambience and quick service.
