After their highly popular Korean-inspired buffet, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay’s Peppermint has just launched their latest ‘Tastes of Taiwan’ buffet spread, featuring an array of Taiwanese classics and street food favourites!
Look forward to a slew of tantalising seafood dishes, including Seafood Cooked in Bamboo Tube, Crispy Mini River Crab, Grilled Spiced Cuttlefish, Steamed Lobster with Garlic & Chye Poh, Steamed Crab Rice, Lobster Dan Zai Mian, Hot Stone Grilled Fish and more.
There will also be plenty of options for meat lovers, including Flame Charred Marbling Beef, Roasted Whole Lamb Leg, Ginger Mother Duck Soup, Black Pepper Chicken in Sesame Bun and Tribal-Style Roast Chicken, to name a couple.
Not forgetting everyone’s favourite Taiwanese street food classics, such as the Taiwan Lou Rou Fan, Taiwanese Chicken Pearl Rice, Oyster Mee Sua, Black Angus Beef Gua Bao, Egg Pancake with Chicken Floss, Grilled Chicken Skewers and Crispy Enoki Mushrooms, among others.
The dessert station is definitely not to be missed either, with plenty of Taiwanese-inspired sweet treats and traditional desserts like Taiwanese Castella Cake, Sun Cake, Brown Sugar Soya Milk with Mochi, Aiyu Jelly with Lime and even a DIY Tofu Pudding Station!
All these Taiwanese dishes are in addition to Peppermint’s regular international buffet offerings, so you’ll still be able to enjoy fresh seafood on ice from their Seafood Island, sashimi and sushi from the Japanese Station, DIY Salad Bar and Bread and Soup Bars.
