PASTRIES, DIMSUM & COFFEE BY DAY, BEER AND AND BAR BITES BY NIGHT

New to the café scene is Breakfast n Bar, who—you guessed it—have a Singaporean-Western fusion breakfast and bar concept, dishing out pastries, dimsum, coffee (and Kopi!) in the day and turning into a casual bar with Asahi and craft beer along with bar bites at night.

Items from their day menu include local dimsum favourites like Kaya Bao ($3.60/3 pcs), HK Char Siew Bao ($4.50/3 pcs), Mini Lor Mai Kai ($3.80/2pcs) and more. In addition to the current dimsum menu, the team at Breakfast n Bar are working on a new and expanded dimsum menu, as well as other local offerings like chicken rice and bak kut teh. You can also get local beverages like Kopi or Teh, or western-style coffee and cold brews.

As for pastries, offerings include Croissants ($3.50), Cinnamon Buns ($4.50) and Butterhorns ($4.50), among others. At night, Breakfast n Bar dishes up bar bites and draft beers; their night menu is still in the works as they continue to adjust and improve their menu offerings to include sweet treats like crepe cakes and waffles. Current night menu offerings include the likes of Beef Cubes with Garlic ($15), Bone Marrow Mash ($10) and Spicy Crab Capellini ($16).

Breakfast n Bar also serves as a central kitchen for cloud brand Restaurant Salt, where they offer widely-loved garlic cream cheese buns and party boxes available for custom or corporate orders. These popular garlic cream cheese buns are available for purchase at Breakfast n Bar itself; the buns go for $9 each or $32 for 4, with a minimum of 2 buns per purchase. The party boxes are also available for purchase, going at $39.90 a box, perfect for catering for corporate events or group buys. Both buns and party boxes require a pre-order of at least 1 day in advance; alternatively, you can also order them via Restaurant Salt’s site.
