Sporting an entirely new look, this fully revamped Australian-inspired brunch café, situated right smack in the middle of Serangoon and Kovan MRT station, first made waves across social media in 2018.
Revered for bringing a slice of Australian gastronomy to our sunny shores, Amber Ember which was once known for its dusty pink and warm neutral interior, now features a more edgy and minimalist atmosphere with dark wood elements and furnishing, alongside white marble tabletops, and untouched walls.
Complete with broad wall-leaning sofas, and a variety of seating arrangements, alongside ornaments, paintings, and other intricate art décor, the all-new Amber Ember is now serving a diverse selection of jaffles, sourdoughs, breakfast bowls, buttermilk waffles, pastries, pastas, coffee, and other snacks.
The most notable include the café’s $12 Truffle Fun-Guy Jaffle with soy-balsamic roasted mushrooms, truffle bechamel, gruyere, Emmental, mozzarella, and dill yoghurt dressing, alongside the $14 Curried Mentaiko Egg Mayo Sourdough, $16.50 Sambal Scramble Sourdough, $11 Gula Melaka Granola Breakfast Bowl, $13 Peanut Butter and Jelly Buttermilk Waffles, $21 Truffle Mushroom Sage Pasta, $7 Oat Milk Chai, $6 Mocha, and $7 Filter Coffee, amongst a variety of other delectable items.
