Malaysia’s popular kopitiam chain Oriental Kopi first opened in Singapore late last November 2024, to much fanfare from Singaporean fans—and they’re finally opening a second outlet very soon!

Oriental Kopi’s first outlet at Bugis Junction is still drawing long queues even until now; but if you live in the North, you’re in luck! Oriental Kopi will be opening their highly-anticipated second outlet at NEX shopping mall, with the hoarding already spotted by some eagle-eyed shoppers recently. According to the hoarding, Oriental Kopi at NEX will be opening sometime this June 2025, but the official opening date has yet to be confirmed.

Oriental Kopi is loved for their popular freshly-baked egg tarts, polo buns, gao coffee drinks and more. For the new outlet, you can expect a similar menu as their flagship, with favourites like Curry Double Lava Egg Toast ($4.60), Oriental Nasi Lemak ($9.50), Penang Char Kway Teow ($7.50) and more; with menu items starting from $1.80.
