The PS.Cafe x Sushiro team-up is one that probably no one anticipated, but is no less exciting, seeing a novel blend of European and Japanese flavours. There’s a total of 4 classic offerings available starting from $3.90, each infused with either PS. Truffle Oil or PS. Truffle Mayo. On the menu are: PS.Cafe Truffle Chawanmushi ($4.90), Aburi Scallop with PS.Cafe Truffle Sauce ($4.90), Shrimp with PS.Cafe Truffle Mayo ($3.90), Salmon with PS.Cafe Truffle Mayo ($3.90).
