The clean and minimalistic spaceΩ has high ceilings and clear windows overlooking the quay; head straight to the second storey for the best and most beautiful scenic views of Sentosa Cove! Unlike Parallel Café that focuses on coffee brews and bakes, Sentosa’s Parallel Kitchen & Bar is a full-fledged café, restaurant and bar, serving food and drinks from day to night.
The day and evening menu differs but you can expect hearty, all day brunch, mains and sharing plates inspired by cuisines from all over the world. Highlights from the menu include the likes of Slow-Cooked Beef Stew ($29), Grilled Octopus Leg ($24), White Wine Vongole ($25), Grilled Steak with Herb Butter ($45) and more. Parallel also has classic and specialty cocktails (from $13) like Cold Brew Coffee Negroni, Scoby-Doo and The Swan—perfect for having a chill drink while watching the sunset.
