Joining the ranks of other themed cafes in Singapore is the Gudetama Cafe, serving up an egg-cellent range of mains such as the cajun chicken with waffles, salmon benedict and ribeye steak. Every dish is endearingly adorned with the character’s nonchalant expression we’ve all grown to love. 5. Pokemon Café


Pokemon fans, be very excited – again. The Pokemon pop-up cafe is returning for its second edition inspired by the latest games – Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon – and we’ve taken it upon ourselves to check out the revamped space here. Look forward to a spanking new interior, new menu items as well as a 3D photo booth. Everyone’s favourite Pokeball mug has since been upgraded to a Great ball mug.

If we can’t get a F.R.I.E.N.D.S. reunion, we can, at the very least, have a cafe to materialise the show’s legacy  – and Central Perk it rightfully is. Recreated from the original sitcom, this nostalgic themed cafe also features a character themed wall and iconic furniture from the show.
