Located within the National Gallery, The Public Eight is a Japanese bar-cellar that offers a variety of Japanese whisky and spirits, as well as handcrafted Highball cocktails that look simply magical! Let’s take a look at some of their signature cocktails!

“The Confession”(S$30), which consists of Kenzo Estate Rindo 2016, calvados, pomegranate, bell rose & Pearl Powder.

“Historical Gimlet”(S$24), which consists of Suntory Roku Gin, Citrus Cordial, and shaved ice pyramid.

“Promise”(S$30), which features the Kenzo Estate Yui 2017, My Honey Kiss Premium, Raw Honey, Fermented Japanese Black Tea and Botanical Ice Ball.
