Earlier this year, the popular Le Matin Patisserie went viral for the opening of their very first dine-in space in ION Orchard, bringing you a luxe dining experience with French-style desserts, pastries, brunch and dinner. Out of all the gorgeous desserts served at Le Matin, one dessert on the menu has caught our eye.

The Fromage de vos Reves, or “Cheese of your Dreams” is indeed what every cheese lover dreams of, all put together in a little cheesy package. The one-of-a-kind dessert is shaped to look like an actual cheese wheel, and it even comes with a little wooden box, much like real cheese! You also get to keep the wooden box as a keepsake once you’re done.

Priced at $21, the cheese dessert is so special that only very limited portions are available at Le Matin per day. The dessert consists of a combination of various cheeses: Brillat Savarin Mousse, Reblochon Creameux, Comte Sponge and Milk Crumble Glaze. As if it couldn’t get any creamier, a cool Creme Fraiche Ice Cream is also served alongside the dessert itself for some extra richness. Note that Le Matin’s dine-in desserts are only available from Wednesday to Sunday, 6pm to 9pm.
