Located within the Holiday Inn City Centre Hotel, Sushi Sei specialises in premium Japanese kaiseki cuisine helmed by Chef Manabu Saito who focuses on showcasing some of the freshest and top quality produce from his hometown in Hokkaido. Omakase courses at Sushi Sei start from $200++ per person for lunch, consisting of 12 nigiri pieces and soup. If your birthday falls within the month of May, you get to enjoy the omakase for 50% off, at $100++ instead! Note that this 50% promotion is only applicable for the birthday diner.
