Uncle Fong Hot Pot Restaurant is a popular hotpot chain hailing from Hong Kong, famous for their authentic Chongqing hotpot that’s made from scratch from 5 premium spices and ingredients: Chongqing Shizhuhong Chilli, Sichuan Hanyuan Pepper, Beef Tallow, Sichuan Pixian Bean Paste and Yellow Ginger for a super fragrant and punchy broth. No, you won’t be taking an actual shower with soap and water—the machine lets you take an “air shower” instead.
