2.Two-Face Pizza by Alt Pizza

Dedicated to all those love, eat, think, and dream pizza – Alt Pizza prides itself in providing ‘no gimmicks’ or ‘trend-chasing’, but instead utilizing premium and fresh ingredients to present a ‘golden ratio’ of crust-to-topping satisfaction. 3.Katsu Curry Pizza by Pizzakaya

Definitely not the newest, but this Japanese pizzeria which opened for the first time in Singapore on 1st December 2020, specializes in Western-Japanese fusion creations. Presenting traditional pizza in an ‘edible plate’ concept, the brand best known for their array of whacky, oven-fired innovations!

5.Hae Bee Hiam Pizza by ‘Switch by Timbre X’

Located in the arts and heritage district of Bras Basah, Switch by Timbre X is a bilingual Mandarin and English live music venue and restro-bar by Timbre Group. Not just a place for bilingual live music, the brand’s food and drinks menu features an exciting array of east-meets-west creations! Of all their innumerable offerings such as, the $23 “Char” Hokkien Mee spaghetti, $21 “Lor Kurobuto Bak” capellini, $23 Roasted Duck pizza, and $10 Truffle Fries, their most notable is the $22 Hae Bee Hiam pizza.

Perhaps not as whacky as the other flavours on this list, Spizza offers affordable yet authentic wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas that are regarded as some of the best in Singapore. Baked to order, the Elisa combines a simple recipe of tomato paste, mozzarella, pesto sauce, olives, pine kernel, and parmesan cheese to present an earthy and vegetarian friendly pizza. Despite its rather ordinary recipe, the $23 Elisa’s unique spiral design and presentation is what makes it an Instagram-worthy sight.
