Calling all oyster lovers! If you’re an absolute oyster aficionado, you’ll be stoked to hear that the highly anticipated 11th edition of the World Oyster Festival is back this year at Greenwood Fish Market! Starting from 1st till 31st July 2023, you’ll be able to enjoy a whopping 32 oyster varietals flown in from 9 countries—all freshly shucked at Greenwood’s oyster bar.

This is the largest number of oyster varieties ever brought in for the festival, with oysters from Canada, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and USA. À la carte oysters range from $4.95 to $12.95 apiece, with a minimum order of 2 pieces per variety.
If you can’t decide on which oyster variety to try, skip the hassle and go straight for their Oyster Tasting Platter ($109.95++) featuring a selection of 8 pairs of oysters (16 pieces total) handpicked by the chef.
Oyster lovers can look forward to 10 brand new varieties brought in just for this year’s festival: Shooting Points (USA), Aquanostra (Portugal), Effingham Large Beach (Canada), Irish Rock (Ireland), Dutch XO (Netherlands) and more.

The oysters from the World Oyster Festival are available for dine-in at all of Greenwood’s restaurant outlets, takeaway and online orders, and more information on the festival as well as how to order for islandwide delivery and pick-up can be found here.
